Primakara University once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting entrepreneurial development through the participation of two of its lecturers as speakers in an Entrepreneurship Training Program organized by the Jembrana Regency Office of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Trade on April 29, 2026. During the program, Ida Bagus Ardhi Putra, S.Kom., M.Pd., and I Gede Juliana Eka Putra, S.T., M.T., shared business insights and development strategies with participants consisting of micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) owners. In the first session, Ida Bagus Ardhi Putra delivered a presentation on Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for MSMEs, focusing on the importance of measurable business planning and setting clear, achievable business goals. The session provided participants with practical guidance on how to establish objectives and effectively evaluate their progress. Meanwhile, I Gede Juliana Eka Putra presented Business Model Canvas (BMC) as a strategic framework for designing, analyzing, and developing more effective and sustainable business models. Participants were introduced to key components of business model development, including customer segments, value propositions, and business sustainability strategies. Through this training, participants gained practical knowledge on business development in the digital era, including the utilization of technology, strategic business planning, and the importance of innovation in responding to increasingly competitive market conditions. The program is expected to encourage MSME owners to become more adaptive, creative, and competitive in developing their businesses. It also represents a collaborative effort to strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem and support sustainable MSME growth in Jembrana Regency.
