Primakara University once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting local MSME development through a collaboration with the Bali Provincial Tourism Office in a training program held on May 5, 2026. The initiative aimed to strengthen the capabilities of MSME entrepreneurs by enhancing their branding and digital marketing skills in response to increasingly competitive market conditions.
The training featured two key topics designed to support business growth in the digital era. The first session, Packaging Design Training, was delivered by I Gede Wirya Mahendra Nandanawana Putra, S.Kom., M.Sn., a lecturer at Primakara University. Participants learned about the importance of packaging design not only as product protection but also as a strategic branding tool that can increase consumer appeal and product value.
The second session, Marketing Through Marketplace Platforms, was presented by Kurniawan Joko Purnomo, S.Kom., M.M. Participants gained insights into effective marketplace utilization, including online store management, product presentation optimization, and strategies to improve visibility and sales through digital platforms.
A total of 20 participants attended the training and actively engaged in the learning process. In addition to theoretical knowledge, participants received practical guidance that could be directly applied to improve their products and marketing performance.
Through this program, MSME entrepreneurs are expected to enhance product value, strengthen brand identity, and expand market access through digital channels. The activity also contributes to broader efforts to foster innovative, adaptive, and competitive MSMEs capable of thriving in both local and national markets.
