As part of the preparation for the final stage of the UMKM Juara Kota Denpasar 2026 competition, the Top 10 finalists received specialized training on pitch deck development and business presentation techniques on June 4, 2026. The session was delivered by Made Adi Paramartha Putra, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., a lecturer at Primakara University.
Through a session titled Preparing Pitch Deck, participants were guided on how to create structured, engaging, and impactful business presentations capable of effectively communicating their business value and potential to the judging panel. The training covered essential pitch deck components, including problem identification, proposed solutions, target markets, business models, and business growth strategies.
In addition to learning how to develop presentation materials, participants also received practical tips and strategies to improve their confidence, communication skills, and presentation delivery. Effective pitching is considered a critical skill for entrepreneurs to showcase their ideas and convince potential investors, partners, and stakeholders.
The activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of MSME entrepreneurs by helping them not only develop quality products and services but also effectively communicate the value of their businesses. Through this training, participants are expected to be better prepared for the final presentation stage and able to demonstrate the full potential of their ventures.
Primakara University’s involvement in this initiative reflects its ongoing commitment to supporting entrepreneurship development and MSME empowerment through education, mentoring, and sustainable capacity-building programs.
