Primakara University welcomed the Garuda Spark KOMDIGI Team on August 5, 2026, to discuss the planned development of the Garuda Spark Innovation Hub in Bali. The visit marked an important step toward strengthening collaboration and supporting the growth of startups, digital innovation, and the creative economy in Bali.
The Garuda Spark KOMDIGI Team was welcomed by the Rector of Primakara University together with the Director of Business Development and Business Incubation. The meeting focused on strategic aspects of developing an Innovation Hub that is expected to serve as a collaborative space connecting government institutions, private sector stakeholders, startups, investors, and digital communities.
As a higher education institution actively involved in startup development, entrepreneurship, and Bali’s digital creative economy, Primakara University contributed insights and perspectives on the current landscape of Bali’s digital creative ecosystem. These insights are expected to serve as valuable references in designing an Innovation Hub that aligns with the needs and potential of the local ecosystem.
