Another inspiring achievement has come from Primakara University’s Business Incubator. Tenun Tinizhop, one of its supported tenants, was featured on TVRI Bali’s “Aku Bali, Apa Kabar UMKM?” program on August 6, 2026.

During the program, Tenun Tinizhop Owner Ni Putu Tini Purnawanti shared the journey of preserving the existence of Bali’s traditional Endek weaving while developing the business and introducing its products to a wider audience.

Tenun Tinizhop is a Bali-based MSME specializing in the production and sale of traditional Balinese Endek woven fabrics. Combining authentic ethnic motifs with modern creative touches, including its distinctive Patra airbrush technique, Tinizhop continues to preserve the quality and cultural identity of traditional Balinese textiles while incorporating contemporary innovation.

Being featured on television provided an important opportunity for Tenun Tinizhop to share its entrepreneurial journey, cultural values, and creativity behind every piece of fabric. From the local market to broader opportunities, Tinizhop continues its efforts to preserve Balinese cultural heritage while keeping it relevant and appealing to younger generations.

Tenun Tinizhop’s appearance on TVRI Bali also reflects the impact of the development and mentoring provided through the Primakara Business Incubator ecosystem. Through business mentoring, capacity building, and collaborative opportunities, supported tenants are encouraged to strengthen their businesses, innovate, and expand their market reach.

For Primakara University, Tenun Tinizhop’s journey demonstrates how culture-based MSMEs can continue to grow by combining tradition, creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Primakara University remains committed to supporting the growth of MSMEs and creative entrepreneurs in Bali through an incubation ecosystem that encourages tenants to grow, innovate, and create a broader impact.

Congratulations to Tenun Tinizhop on this achievement! Keep preserving culture, keep innovating, and keep bringing the stories of Bali to a wider audience.
