The Primakara Business Incubator recently organized a seminar on Business Legality and Legal Protection for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as part of its efforts to help entrepreneurs build stronger and more resilient businesses.
The seminar featured Surya Dharma, S.H., C.P.L., a corporate lawyer specializing in civil law, property, business, taxation, and investment. During the session, participants gained valuable insights into the importance of establishing proper business legality, protecting business assets, and implementing legal risk mitigation strategies to ensure that MSMEs can grow in a secure, professional, and sustainable manner.
Delivered through an interactive and practical discussion, the seminar provided participants with real-world perspectives on legal considerations in running and developing a business.
The event was attended not only by tenants of the Primakara Business Incubator but also by university students, as the session was conducted as a Practitioner Lecture. This approach allowed students to gain first-hand knowledge from a legal professional about the legal aspects involved in managing and expanding a business.
Through this initiative, it is expected that MSMEs fostered by Primakara will be better prepared to build strong business foundations and operate with proper legal protection while continuing to grow within a sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem.
