Primakara University Equips Student Startups with OKR Strategies to Strengthen Performance Management

Primakara University continues its commitment to supporting the growth of student startups by organizing a Workshop on Startup Performance Management using Objectives & Key Results (OKR). The workshop featured Sang Ayu Ketut Tri Semaraputri, M.Psi., Psychologist and HR Director of Primakara University, who provided guidance to tenants of the Primakara Business Incubator on how to effectively manage startup performance. During the session, participants were introduced to the Objectives & Key Results (OKR) framework, a widely used strategic management tool that helps organizations set clear, measurable goals aligned with their business objectives. Through this workshop, startup tenants gained practical insights into setting strategic targets, improving performance management, and strengthening their business growth strategies. This initiative reflects Primakara University’s ongoing efforts to nurture innovative and competitive startups that can contribute to the growth of the digital innovation ecosystem.
